Water garden maintenance
Yes, water gardens need maintaining just as all other areas of the garden do. Depending on the complexity of the original constructions, elements such as watercourses, ponds, bridges and filtration systems (if installed) will require regular upkeep if the water garden is not to deteriorate into an unrecognisable mess. Obviously, plantings both in and around the water will also require attention.
